You can set a maximum deposit amount for a daily (24-hour), weekly (7-day), or monthly (30-day) period. Once your deposit limit is reached, the system will automatically decline any further deposit attempts until the period resets. Examples of deposit limits in BDT include daily limits from ৳500 to ৳50,000, weekly limits from ৳2,000 to ৳200,000, and monthly limits from ৳5,000 to ৳500,000 — you choose the exact figure that suits your budget.

Increasing a deposit limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before the new limit takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions. Reducing a limit, by contrast, takes effect immediately.

4.2 Loss Limits

A loss limit caps the total net losses you can sustain within a defined period. If your net losses reach the set threshold, your account is automatically locked for further betting until the period ends. Like deposit limits, reducing a loss limit takes effect immediately, while any increase requires 48 hours before activation.

4.3 Wager Limits

You may also set a maximum single-stake limit per bet or spin, which prevents impulsive high-value wagers during a session. This is particularly useful on slot games and live casino products where in-session stake sizes can escalate quickly.

5 Time-Out & Cooling-Off Periods

Sometimes a short, structured break is all that is needed to reset perspective and regain control of your gambling behaviour. hibaee's time-out feature allows you to pause your account for a defined period without going through the full self-exclusion process.

5.1 Available Time-Out Periods

• 24-hour time-out — ideal if you have had an unusually long or frustrating session and want to step away.
• 48-hour time-out — useful for a weekend break or to give yourself space after a significant loss.
• 7-day time-out — a full week away from the platform to reassess your habits and reconnect with other activities.
• 30-day time-out — a substantial cooling-off period that allows meaningful reflection and, if helpful, professional support.

5.2 What Happens During a Time-Out

• Your account is immediately locked for all betting, casino play, and deposits.
• You can still log in to withdraw any remaining balance in your account.
• All promotional and marketing communications are paused for the duration of the time-out.
• The time-out cannot be reversed or shortened once activated — this is intentional.
• At the end of the time-out period, your account is automatically restored. You are not required to take any further action to resume play if you choose to do so.
