hibaee Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hibaee website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without registering — you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

hibaee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at hibaee.com/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In cases of doubt, you are deemed to be acting in your personal capacity.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a hibaee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hibaee is strictly an adults-only platform and enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct attempting to use the Platform as an end-consumer account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of hibaee, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person, unless hibaee has provided prior written consent.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing the Platform would place you in violation of such law.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, prohibited persons register, or self-exclusion database to which hibaee subscribes.
• You have not previously had a hibaee account that was closed for breach of these Terms.

hibaee may request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hibaee may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hibaee services — including deposits, withdrawals, real-money games, and sports betting markets — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration, and at any point thereafter, is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date by notifying hibaee of any changes via [email protected].

3.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure username and password and for keeping those credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. hibaee will never contact you to request your password. Any session initiated using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to hibaee. You agree to notify hibaee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active account on the hibaee platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are opened under the same or different personal details — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hibaee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or game rounds placed from those accounts, and forfeit any promotional balances credited to them. The original account may be reinstated at hibaee's discretion subject to a security review.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hibaee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hibaee supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• bKash — personal and merchant payment (instant processing)
• Nagad — personal and agent transactions (instant processing)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS) — standard processing
• Upay — standard processing

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. VIP-tier players may be eligible for elevated transaction limits subject to individual agreement with the hibaee payments team.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in order to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. hibaee reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if the account is under investigation, subject to a bonus wagering requirement, or if the account balance is negative.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the hibaee account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during standard operating hours (06:00–00:00 BST, UTC+6). During periods of high volume, public holidays, or platform maintenance, processing times may be extended. hibaee does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held in hibaee accounts are maintained separately from the Company's operational funds. hibaee does not use player balances for corporate expenses or third-party obligations. In the unlikely event of platform insolvency, reasonable efforts will be made to return player balances, though this cannot be guaranteed as an absolute obligation under all circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hibaee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional credits to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a hibaee account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be turned over in eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games list, minimum odds for sports bets, and validity period are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

hibaee operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent, coordinating bonus claims with other users, and exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes. Where bonus abuse is identified, hibaee reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

5.3 Promotion Amendments

hibaee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions may be limited to specific player segments, geographic regions within Bangladesh, device types, or deposit methods. Eligibility for a promotion does not constitute a contractual right to receive that promotion on a recurring basis.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games hosted on the hibaee platform — including casino games, video slots, live dealer tables, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under that studio's own certified rules and RNG (random number generator) systems, which are independently audited for fairness.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the hibaee Sportsbook section. General principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed.
• hibaee reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets placed after an event has commenced, or void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live feed availability. hibaee is not liable for delays between real-world events and the live feed that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and void rules follow standard sports betting conventions as published in the full sports rules document.
• Minimum single bet stake is ৳20. Maximum single bet stake and accumulator limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

The minimum and maximum stake amounts for casino and slot games are displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available from the game provider and are published in the hibaee game information panel where technically supported. Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are contributed to by a percentage of all eligible stakes placed across the network.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or data feed disruption that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, hibaee reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the user's account balance. hibaee is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors, including loss of expected winnings. Decisions made by hibaee regarding technical errors are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibaee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means not sanctioned by hibaee.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or tournament results.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to hibaee immediately; exploiting rather than reporting constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Charging back a deposit via your payment provider after using the deposited funds for gambling activity.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person during the verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hibaee staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

hibaee actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hibaee will act swiftly and decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by hibaee

hibaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe, repeated bonus abuse, or any other conduct that hibaee deems detrimental to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the specifics of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your hibaee account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Your identity will be verified before the closure is processed. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is closed. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent. Self-exclusion closes the account for the specified period, halts all marketing communications, and prevents re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. hibaee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances after notifying the account holder at the registered email address. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by logging in at any time.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the hibaee platform that cannot be resolved through hibaee's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
